Who Can Use This
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Connections additionally requires you to confirm you're 18+ and acknowledge our safety guidelines before it becomes available to you.
Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything that happens under your account. Login is passwordless (a one-click email link), so keep your email account secure. One account per person — impersonating someone else, or creating an account to evade a ban, is not allowed.
Community Conduct
This platform exists for stroke survivors and the people who support them to connect, share, and hold each other accountable. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or demean another member.
- Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes self-harm.
- Solicit money, run scams, or engage in predatory behavior — this applies with zero tolerance inside Connections, which exists for a population we take extra care to protect.
- Impersonate another person or a staff member.
- Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or off-platform contact-harvesting.
- Share someone else's private information without their consent.
Report any of this using the Report button wherever you see it, or by emailing us. We review every report. Violations can result in content removal, a warning, or account termination, at our discretion.
Your Content
You own what you post. By posting on the platform, you grant Stroke Recovery Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the service (for example, showing your post in the feed, or your reply in a forum thread). We don't sell your content or use it to train third-party advertising models.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post whatever you post, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
The Course
The $97 Founding Member course purchase grants you lifetime access to the course content as it exists and as it's added to, tied to the email address you purchased with. It is a personal license, not transferable or resellable.

Connections
Connections is an optional, opt-in feature for friendship and/or dating connections between members. Profiles and photos are reviewed before becoming visible to reduce fake accounts and inappropriate content, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or safety of any member you connect with. Meet in public places, trust your judgment, and report anything that feels wrong immediately.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and safe, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of content you might disagree with. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stroke Lyfe Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced to active members by email, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
