- We process refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What's Not Covered
The free community, Connections, and the forum are free to use and have no purchase to refund. This policy applies only to the $97 Founding Member course purchase.
After 14 Days
We're not able to offer refunds after the 14-day window has closed. If something's genuinely gone wrong on our end (a billing error, a duplicate charge), email us — we'll make it right regardless of the date.
